London Irish have made three changes for their mouth-watering encounter against Munster in the Heineken Cup.
The Aviva Premiership leaders have included Sailosi Tagicakibau, who will make his 100th appearance for the Exiles, Elvis Seveali'i and Faan Rautenbach in their starting XV.
Head coach Toby Booth has made a further change on the bench, with Chris Halu'ufia included in the squad for the first time this season.
"Despite Munster's reputation we are confident in our own ability and have prepared for Saturday's match exceptionally well," said Booth.
"We believe that on our day we can be a handful for any team, whatever their history and I am expecting an excellent game of rugby tomorrow afternoon.
"We are predicting great support and a big crowd at Madejski Stadium and I would encourage our supporters to come out in force."
Keith Earls will make his long-awaited return to action for Munster at the Madejski Stadium.
Earls has recovered from the groin injury that has sidelined him since May to take his place in the centres.
Munster have made a total of seven changes for the match, with Denis Hurley, Peter Stringer, Tony Buckley and James Coughlan coming into the side while Dennis Leamy starts on the openside and Johne Murphy wears the No.15 jersey.
