The Dragons upset the Magners League form book on Friday night as they secured a 25-20 win in Glasgow.
Substitute James Arlidge contributed 15 points to help Newport-Gwent upset the odds and clinch a fifth successive win at the home of their opponents.
The fly-half scored one of the visitors' three tries, as well as kicking two conversions and two penalties after coming on in the ninth minute.
Rory Sidey and Richard Fussell also crossed for the Dragons, who coming into the game had won just once on their travels in the league in the last 12 months.
In the same period of time the Warriors had been beaten only once at Firhill and came into the game having won three of their last four outings.
Suicide pass
Dan Parks' first-minute penalty suggested the hosts were in the mood but Arlidge soon levelled matters before getting the opening try when he latched onto a suicide pass from Bernardo Stortoni.
Glasgow replied through Thom Evans only to concede again just before half time, Jason Tovey's deft chip leading to Rory Sidey going over.
Although Parks kicked a second penalty to make it 15-11 at the break, the Dragons roared clear through Richard Fussell's try after 51 minutes that Arlidge converted.
The number 10, who had missed the defeat to the Scarlets following the birth of his first child, also slotted over a penalty after the hour mark.
All the home side could manage in reply were two penalties and a drop goal from Parks, their hopes of sealing a thrilling late win dashed in injury time when they failed to breach the defensive line.
