Rotherham United have confirmed they have handed a surprise trial to former defender Pablo Mills.
The 29-year-old, who previously played for the Millers between 2006 and 2010, has been without a club since leaving non-league Macclesfield earlier in the summer. But Mills, who was signed at Crawley by current Millers boss Steve Evans, had a run-out in Rotherham's 3-0 reserve-team win over Hartlepool on Monday.
