Augsburg have signed a new contract with Jan-Ingwer Callsen-Bracker which will keep the defender under terms at impuls-Arena until 2013.
The 27-year-old has agreed a new one-year-deal with the Bundesliga outfit, who were promoted to the German top division this season.
And Augsburg manager Jos Luhukay is pleased he will be able to rely on Callsen-Bracker's adaptability in his squad.
Luhukay told Augsburg's
official website: "I am glad to see him stay on with us.
"Jan-Ingwer Callsen-Bracker is a versatile player. He is able to show up in every role at the back. And he has a certain nose for goal during set-piece moments."
