Threlfall plays down defeat

Bradford defender Robbie Threlfall does not believe Monday's defeat at Rotherham will lead to the end of the club's recent resurgence.

The loss brought to an end the Bantams' five-game unbeaten run in the league, but the 23-year-old left-back insists the result will not be decisive and has instead turned his attention to Saturday's FA Cup tie at Championship side Watford. "It's a good chance to quickly forget this one and go into a game where there's no pressure on us," he told the Telegraph & Argus. "Then obviously we've got the two home games and we're flying there at the moment. "The Don Valley is an ugly place to come. The pitch is narrow and bobbly and it was very windy. "It's just so frustrating for the lads because we've put so much effort in the last four or five weeks."
