No Charlton deal for Rasiak

Grzegorz Rasiak has left Charlton following his recent trial at The Valley.

The 32-year-old former Derby and Southampton forward had been training with the Addicks during pre-season as he searches for a new club. But manager Chris Powell opted to hand former Charlton favourite Jason Euell a return to the club to bolster his attack. "We haven't taken anything up with Grzegorz, he's gone back to Poland," said Powell. "He's a target man, and I feel every team needs one of those, so we'll continue to search. "Whether we go back for Grzegorz is open to debate."
