Honduran wonderkid Andy Najar is ready and willing to make a move to one of Europe's elite leagues.

17-year-old DC United winger excited by interest from Europe

Honduran sensation Andy Najar admits he is ready and willing to make a move to one of Europe's elite leagues. The 17-year-old DC United winger is highly rated in America and this month became the youngest player in Major League Soccer history to be named 'Rookie of the Year.' Najar, who is yet to be capped for his country, started 22 games for the Washington outfit last season, finishing the club's joint-top scorer with five goals from the flank. Fluent in Spanish and English, Najar has signalled his desired locations but rumoured interest from Real Madrid and a number of Premier League clubs has yet to materialise. "I am fit and ready for any team that wants me to train with them," insisted the youngster, who is expected to represent Honduras before long. "I have been told that there could be a chance to have some tests in Spain or in England," he added.
