Leaders come from two down to stun Stanley

League Two leaders Rochdale came back from two goals down to seal another vital win in their push for promotion as they beat Accrington 4-2. In a game which only livened up after the break, both teams finished with 10 men after Dale's Jason Taylor and home striker Michael Symes were sent off in the 74th minute after they clashed off the ball. Symes had given Stanley the lead with his 17th goal of the season after latching onto Billy Kee's through ball in the 61st minute. Four minutes later Kee was again the provider, setting up John Miles who chipped the ball over Frank Fielding. Dale were back in it two minutes later when Chris O'Grady's cross was slid home by captain Gary Jones and Jones got the equaliser when his shot from the edge of the area after 72 minutes took a wicked deflection off Luke Joyce and wrong-footed Dean Bouzanis. Dale went for the winner and substitute Kallum Higginbotham set up O'Grady who rifled the ball home seven minutes from time for his 20th of the season. Higginbotham then scored a stunning fourth in injury time after Chris Dagnall charged down Bouzanis' clearance and it came to the winger on the halfway line who amazingly found the empty net.
