Bulls confirm League Two status after away win
Gavin McCallum scored twice as Hereford confirmed their League Two safety with a 2-1 victory at Accrington, who extended their winless run to eight games.
The Bulls had the better of the first half and took the lead when winger McCallum got the ball 20 yards out and turned and rifled the ball into the bottom of the net after 36 minutes.
Stanley equalised three minutes after the interval when Jimmy Ryan's shot hit the hand of Ryan Valentine and the Reds were awarded a penalty. Michael Symes tucked home his 18th goal of the season, despite Bartlett guessing the right way.
After that it was all Accrington with Bartlett pulling off superb saves to keep out Symes, Luke Joyce and Bobby Grant.
But, at the death, Marc Pugh broke through and slotted the ball goalwards with McCallum getting the touch at the far post to seal the three points.
