Stanley's Kee comes off bench to net winner against Shots
Accrington Stanley's Billy Kee came off the bench to score the winner against Aldershot and boost his side's play-off push.
Kee had only been on the pitch for three minutes when he got on the end of Andy Procter's throughball and fired past outrushing keeper Mikhael Jaimez-Ruiz and into the net on 75 minutes.
The home side took the lead through captain Procter on 30 minutes when he got on the end of Jimmy Ryan's pass to slot the ball into the bottom corner for his fifth goal of the campaign.
As Stanley dominated, Michael Symes also hit the post while Procter had a free header saved by the keeper.
The Shots only really sprung to life after the break and got a bizarre penalty for hand ball when Phil Edwards fell on the ball on 59 minutes.
Defender Andy Sandell sent Stanley stopper Dean Bouzanis the wrong way and the visitors then had a couple of chances to win the game themselves before Kee's decider.
